Coinstar supports the organizations its employees are passionate about through various corporate giving initiatives. Through its volunteer grant program, Coinstar provides generous grants worth $15 for every hour employees volunteer.

Verizon is an American telecommunications conglomerate famous for its wireless communications and mass media subsidiaries, as well as its “Can you hear me now?” marketing campaign. It’s headquartered in New York City and employs 155,000 people nationwide.
Through Verizon’s Volunteer Incentive Program, the company provides a $750 grant to charitable organizations where employees volunteer for 50 hours (that comes out to $15 an hour).
The company also matches employee donations, offering up to $5,000 in matches to schools and $1,000 to all other 501(c)(3) organizations.

ConocoPhillips is a Fortune 500 energy corporation, located in Houston, Texas. Founded in 2002 out of the merger between Conoco Inc. and Phillips Petroleum Co., ConocoPhillips currently employs more than 16,000 people.
ConocoPhillips’ employee giving programs offer powerful ways for its staff to make a positive social impact! ConocoPhillips provides volunteer grants worth $25 per hour volunteered. There are two thresholds:

In 2005, Microsoft instituted a Dollars for Doers program through which the company provides $25 for every hour a Microsoft employee volunteers with a charitable cause. Based in Round Rock, Texas, Dell is a multinational computer technology company. It’s particularly known for its “build-to-order” or “configure-to-order” approach, wherein it delivers individual PCs configured to customer specifications. It was founded in 1984 and now employs over 120,000 people around the world.
Dell’s volunteer grant program offers employees $150 donations for every 10 hours volunteered with a nonprofit. Not to mention, the company matches employee donations up to $10,000 annually, too!
Highlight: Each employee can request one volunteer grant each quarter, for a total value of $600 per year.
Founded in 1994, RealNetworks is a provider of Internet streaming services and media delivery software based out of Washington State.
To give back to their employees’ communities, the RealNetworks Foundation provides grants worth $25 for every hour an employee volunteers. Each team member qualifies for up to 100 volunteer hours each year, and the company matches employee donations up to $10,000 annually.
Highlight: In addition to its volunteer grant and matching gift programs, RealNetworks offers another employee giving opportunity as a retention incentive. When a team member reaches their five-year anniversary with the company, RealNetworks provides a $500 grant to an organization of the employee’s choosing.
The Walt Disney Corporation is a top mass media company that employs more than 225,000 individuals worldwide. Not to mention, its subsidiaries include Hulu, Marvel Entertainment, American Broadcasting Company, and more.
To extend the impact of the happiest place on earth, the Walt Disney company has a generous volunteer grant program, known as Disney VoluntEARS. This philanthropic program enables employees to request grants for their favorite nonprofits based on the number of hours volunteered with a charitable organization during one calendar year.

Leading healthcare company CVS Health is a major U.S.-based pharmaceutical chain dedicated to improving community health and well-being.
As part of its philanthropic mission, CVS Health offers volunteer grants to the nonprofits where its employees dedicate their time. CVS Health’s standout volunteer grant program provides $500 grants to nonprofits for every 25 hours of time donated by an employee.
